Juve says goodbye to Kean and says no to a big comeback
No return to Juventus for Federico Bernadeschi: the Toronto striker had offered to return to the Bianconeri in January, and had also given willingness to cut the salary he currently receives in Canada. But Massimiliano Allegri and management are not convinced of a return for the former Bianconero, and have decided to say no, Sky reports.
The former Fiorentina player could in any case return to Italy: Bernardeschi in Serie A has several suitors, including Lazio. Maurizio Sarri, who coached him in Turin, would welcome him with open arms as an offensive reinforcement. There remains the problem of the player's salary, currently too high.
Meanwhile, Juventus says goodbye to Kean: the Azzurri striker is moving on an onerous loan to Atletico Madrid, with no obligation or right of redemption. He will sign his contract with the Colchoneros on Monday morning.
