Moise Kean, the operation between Juventus and Atletico Madrid is blocked

The market transaction that, in the intentions of all parties involved, was supposed to bring Moise Kean on a dry loan from Juventus to Atletico Madrid, until the end of this season, seems to have stalled right in the home stretch. To report the sensational twist è 'Sky Sport' according to which the Colchoneros have backed down permanently.

The negotiation between the two clubs, which had taken place without any particular problems in recent days, involved the temporary transfer of Kean to the Spanish capital for a financial consideration of 500,000 euros. The 2000-born footballer was then expected to return to Turin at the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.

Moise Kean therefore will remain in all likelihood in Piedmont, unless he finds another accommodation, in Italy or abroad, in these last two days of the market: a complex option in any case, which for its completion will not be able to exceed the deadline of the winter session set for 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 1.

The 23-year-old, born in Vercelli (he will turn 24 on Feb. 28), is playing his eighth season as a professional: after starts at Juventus and a loan at Hellas Verona, he wore the jersey of Everton in the Premier League and Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1, before returning briefly to the Toffees and then, outright, to Juventus. This season he has not found much space, closed in the role of center forward by Dusan Vlahovic and Arek Milik.
