Juventus, Wojciech Szczesny’s heir identified
Monza goalkeeper has guaranteed contract until June 2027
Juventus è committed to regaining a place in the Champions League but is also aiming to strengthen a lot ahead of next season. Many are the possible summer strikes. There is also talk of signing a goalkeeper who can take Szczesny’s place or, at least, flank him to begin the classic handover. The hot name would be that of Di Gregorio.
Class of 1997, Di Gregorio is having another excellent season with the Monza shirt. He has shown he has the personality to play for a top club and Giuntoli would be thinking about it. Szczesny is seven years older than Di Gregorio and, although he is playing at a very high level, he cannot represent the future of Juventus (his contract expires in June 2025).
Di Gregorio, under contract with Monza until June 2027, seems the right man to invest in. Clearly, Galliani, in order to let him go, wants a significant sum that could force Giuntoli to deprive himself of Szczesny or, at least Perin and some other element of the Bianconeri squad. Meanwhile, there's to figure out the correct offer to convince Monza to open negotiations.
