Arturs Strautins extends with Tortona

Bertram Derthona, confirming the club’s future planning work, announced on Wednesday the contract renewal of Arturs Strautins, whose new agreement will expire on June 30, 2027. This was announced by the Piedmontese company itself, which reports in a statement the satisfaction of President Marco Picchi.

"We are very happy to extend the relationship with a guy who has given us satisfaction both on and off the field and who is part of the nucleus of Italian players on which we want to build our future" said the number one of the Bianconeri company, which this year is facing its third consecutive season in Serie A.

In Italy since 2014, Strautins, who arrived in Tortona in the summer of 2023, has quickly made his mark both in the league and in the Basketball Champions League. With this renewal, he is thus confirmed as one of the central figures in Tortona’s sports project, consolidating his commitment and expectations in the bianconero.
