A former Pesaro man for Dinamo Sassari
Another Italian reinforcement for Dinamo Sassari. The Sardinian company, in fact, has officially announced that it has signed a two-year contract with Matteo Tambone, a combo guard class of 1994, 192 cm by 87 kg, born in Graz, Austria, last season at Vuelle Pesaro with whom he played four seasons.
He grew up in the youth ranks of Virtus Roma and was part of the roster with which the Capitolini played in the Scudetto final in 2012-2013. He rose through the ranks in A2 with the Ravenna and Treviglio jerseys before becoming an A1 player with Varese, with whom he played three seasons. In 2020 è moved to Pesaro where è was coached by Luca Banchi and Jasmin Repesa, among others. In the last championship he finished with 7.4 points average in 23 minutes
