Atalanta, official the redemption of Charles De Ketelaere from AC Milan

Atalanta has redeemed Charles De Ketelaere from AC Milan. The Belgian striker is now wholly owned by the Nerazzurri club. Making the deal official was the Bergamasque club itself through a statement published on its website.

"Atalanta BC è pleased to announce that the right to the sports performance of Charles De Ketelaere è entirely owned by the Nerazzurri club – it reads -. In the 2023/24 season the Belgian striker has fully met expectations, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists-goals in the 50 matches played with Atalanta in all competitions (Serie A TIM, UEFA Europa League and Coppa Italia Frecciarossa).

"The Percassi family, the Pagliuca family and the whole club are pleased with the stay in Nerazzurri of Charles, to whom they wish the best satisfaction – personal and team – in the continuation of his sports career in Bergamo" closes the note of Atalanta.

According to Sky Sport reports, the Orobici have paid 22 million euros into the Rossoneri’s coffers for the outright redemption of Charles De Ketelaere, which is in addition to the three million loan fee already collected by Milan.
