Jannik Sinner v. Novak Djokovic

Friday won&#39t just be draw day at Wimbledon. In fact, Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner will practice against each other for a crucial one-hour test especially to check the condition of the Serb, who is still in doubt about his participation on the London grass.

Djokovic, who witnessed live his Serbia s elimination from Euro 2024, has been working on the court these days with a conspicuous bandage on his knee after his post-Roland Garros meniscus surgery and will probably look the same way tomorrow.

During an interview with the microphones of the "Daily Express", the former world number one had expressed himself as follows: "It's great to be back. The plan, from the beginning, was to try to play Wimbledon. That's what I'm trying to do. I came here to the All England club early to see how things are going. A lot of people think I am not smart to risk so much but I would not be here if I had not gotten permission from my doctors. The recovery is going well, I am not pushing 100 percent yet, soò I hope to be able to do that already in the next few days".
