Club World Cup: rain of money for Inter and Juventus
The FIFA Council has set the total prize money for the 32 participants in the upcoming Club World Cup, which will take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13 and will also feature two Serie A teams, Inter and Juventus. The 32 clubs will share a billion dollars, which will be divided according to the results of the various teams involved.
For participation alone, the companiesà will collect over $18 million each. Then gradually the other millions will come in the event of victories and qualification.
The tournament will be held every four years and will include a first group stage and then a knockout stage, modeled after the World Cup for nations.
Inter è has been placed in Group E with River Plate (Argentina), Urawa Reds (Japan) and Monterrey (Mexico), Juventus è on the other hand, in Group C with Manchester City (England), Wydad Casablanca (Morocco) and Al-Ain (United Arab Emirates).
