La Liga 2025-2026: Valencia-Rayo Vallecano, the probable formations

The 36th day of La Liga closes with the Thursday night postponement at the Mestalla. At 7 p.m., the fascinating challenge between Valencia and Rayo Vallecano, currently divided by just one point in the standings, takes the stage. The hosts, on 42 points, arrive regenerated from the valuable external success against Athletic Bilbao and are betting on the field factor to overtake their rivals and improve their position in the standings. On the other side, Inigo Pérez’s Rayo are living a fabulous season; in addition to 11th place in the league, the “Franjirrojos” have just won a historic Conference League final against Crystal Palace.
