2026 World Cup: Brazil vs. Haiti, Probable Lineups

Brazil and Haiti face off at 2:30 a.m. (Italian time) in a match counting toward the second matchday of Group B of the 2026 World Cup in North America. At Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazilian squad is looking to bounce back after an underwhelming debut against Morocco. The Seleção has faced heavy criticism back home, and the Italian coach himself has come under fire for his lineup choices.
A win against Haiti is a must: Ancelotti could opt for a completely different lineup from the opener, adding an extra forward and leaving out the disappointing Casemiro and Paquetá. Neymar will not play, as he has not yet fully recovered from his injury. Cunha will be the center forward, with Luiz Henrique, Raphinha, and Vinicius playing in the attacking midfield. Fabinho and Guimaraes will start in midfield.
Haiti has nothing to lose and will try to pull off an incredible upset. The Caribbean team lost its opener against Scotland but put up a good fight, falling only 1-0. Isidor will be the focal point of the attack, with Deedson, Casimir, and Providence playing behind him. Bellegarde and Jean are the two central midfielders.
