Ducati, Davide Tardozzi warns everyone about Marc Marquez

Ducati team manager Davide Tardozzi at the DAZN microphones took stock of the situation after three weeks of the MotoGp break. In Jerez, the Borgo Panigale factory is on the hunt for redemption after a difficult start to the World Championship: “Congratulations to Aprilia because it has done an extraordinary job and to Bezzecchi who is deservedly leading the championship at the moment.”
“Having said that, it is clear that after so many races in which we have not been competitive, in order to win starting on Saturday we need clarity – explained Tardozzi -. We need to do something significant. The engineers have had time to analyze the data and evaluate the problems. It is clear that Aprilia has taken a step forward, and now we have to focus exclusively on ourselves.”
“There will definitely be more significant problems in Monday’s tests, but in terms of electronics and set-up we have found something, although in the first lap both riders complained about exactly the same thing under braking.”
Tardozzi also updated fans on Marquez, who has not seemed at his best in the first outings of the year: “Yes, without a doubt, these three weeks off have been very useful for Marc to recover. Now we will hear from him, after this series of tests, how he will be physically.”
