Knowing the schedule, with its far from soft start, now all Parma has left to do is to complete the roster. Despite the imminence of the long August bank holiday, the Minotti-Galassi duo is very active to deliver to Apolloni the last pieces of the Crociati mosaic, with particular attention in the last hours for the defense.

While in fact the agreement with Michele Canini, outgoing from Ascoli and candidate to be the experience touch-up with which to close the accounts in defense, from Catania comes the unexpected news of the termination of the contract that would have tied Dario Bergamelli to the Etna club until June 30, 2017. That some discontent had arisen given the Rossazzurri’s activism in defense was known, but no one imagined such a quick turnaround, which suggests that the player already has a “landing strip” ready.

Parma has been following Bergamelli’s situation for some time and now can prepare the decisive assault thinking only about the salary to be paid to the player. At the moment, however, as said, it will not be possible to close any deal: with 16 over already registered to place two more signings, it is in fact necessary to first wait for the deliberation of the Pro League on flag players and then think about thinning the staff.
