Juventus market: bianconeri don’t joke, negotiations advanced with Lewandowski

Robert Lewandowski and Juventus are now in regular dialogue and could soon come to an understanding. The Barcelona striker, who is also being followed by Milan, is on a contract expiration date and is not expected to renew for another season with the Catalan club. According to reports in La Stampa, the Bianconeri have reportedly overtaken the Rossoneri in the race for the player, so much so that ongoing talks with agent Zahavi are already at an advanced stage.
There is talk of an opening from the Pole’s attorney on reducing his salary, which would be spread over two seasons. A glimmer that could soon lead to a principle of understanding between the Old Lady and the former Bayern Munich bomber, who is looking for a club where he can close his illustrious career.
The arrival of Lewandowski also passes by the resolution of the situation of Dusan Vlahovic, who could stay but with a salary greatly reduced compared to the current one. The track leading to Randal Kolo Muani is also not to be ruled out: the French striker disappointed at Tottenham and is not part of PSG’s future plans.
From the Blaugrana front, meanwhile, Barcelona has not yet thrown in the towel. President Joan Laporta had publicly declared all his esteem for the Pole: “We would like him to stay, but it will depend on what he wants. He arrived at a difficult time and has helped us a lot, and we want him to continue to do so.” The Catalans would have proposed a one-season renewal, expiring on June 30, 2027, but the distances on the salary front make the negotiation far from simple. It is precisely this impasse that would have prompted Zahavi to explore Italian options with growing interest.
