Just under two months until the reopening of the soccer market and the first rumors about Juventus’ strategies are beginning to circulate, including on the departure front. According to the British press, major offers could soon be coming from the Premier League for one of Luciano Spalletti’s star players.

Pierre Kalulu is in the sights of top English clubs such as Liverpool and Manchester United, who could soon make a move for the former AC Milan French defender. Spalletti would like to retain the player, who is very valuable because he can cover multiple roles in defense: it is no coincidence that he has played practically every game this season, apart from the one following his unjust disqualification after contact with Alessandro Bastoni.

But if the right offer comes, Kalulu could also say goodbye to Turin. Paid 14.3 million euros, the French player is now valued by the Piedmontese club’s management at around 40 million euros. The Old Lady is aiming to score a major capital gain and if that amount arrives they will hardly say no.

On the revenue front, Juventus is not standing idly by. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, among the names being followed by the Bianconeri management to reinforce the midfield is that of Tijjani Reijnders. The Dutchman, who arrived at Manchester City for 57 million euros plus bonuses, has found less and less space under Pep Guardiola’s orders and could be put on the market in the summer. His profile would fit perfectly with Spalletti’s vision, who is looking for a player capable of guaranteeing insertions and acting as a glue between midfield and attack.Reijnders could act either as a trequartista or as a midfielder in the Bianconeri’s 4-3-3.

Manchester City would set the price at around 45 million euros, a figure that makes the operation ambitious but not impossible, although at the moment it remains a suggestion. Real Madrid would also be on his trail.
