After securing two consecutive promotions—first with Cantù and then with Verona—Filippo Baldi Rossi could soon be changing teams again. The Italian big man is, in fact, among the names being considered by Brescia, which is planning its roster moves ahead of next season.

The blue-and-white club is ready to set the bar high for next year, when it will also compete in the Basketball Champions League, providing its players with an international showcase. Among the options for the frontcourt, the Lombardy-based club is also considering veteran Paul Biligha as a direct alternative to Baldi Rossi.

Born in 1991 in Vignola, in the province of Modena, Filippo Baldi Rossi made his senior debut in the 2009-2009 season with Virtus Bologna, the club where he had previously come up through the youth ranks. He also played for Perugia, Turin, and Trento before returning to Virtus from 2017 to 2020; after leaving the “Vu Nere,” he played for Reggio Emilia, Cantù, and Verona.
