Mick Schumacher is considering in recent weeks his future

Mick Schumacher is considering his future after officially bidding farewell to Haas. The German driver commented with satisfaction on the words of Mercedes boss Toto Wolff, who said he was interested in hiring him as a reserve driver for 2023.

“Mercedes is a fantastic brand and what it has achieved in Formula 1 is incredible. I’m definitely looking at options, and Mercedes is part of that. My father made the switch from Ferrari to Mercedes some time ago. I don’t see a good reason not to do the same.”

“As I said at the beginning of the week, I now have time on my hands, so I will evaluate all the options on the table to make the right decision for me. But it is definitely very good to hear what Mercedes and especially Toto are saying about me,” are the words reported by Motorsport.
