Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku has failed to recover from injury and will miss the first two matches of the World Cup
Romelu Lukaku will be forced to miss Belgium’s first two matches at the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The Inter Milan striker has not yet recovered from the thigh problem that has been plaguing him for some time, and even on Sunday morning he was unable to join the group and trained separately.
According to Belgian media, the Red Devils’ striker is expected to be available again for Belgium’s final group match against Croatia, scheduled for Dec. 1. Safe then is the stop in the first two challenges of Martinez’s selection against Canada and Morocco.
