Juventus Transfer Market: Bad News for Yildiz, but a Solution Is Already in Place

Speaking to Sky Sport, Chiellini also discussed Juventus’ and Milan’s ambitions in Europe: “Both we and Milan have a responsibility to achieve a result that also allows us to compete for an additional spot in the Champions League. We’re two teams that care deeply about this, and we’re aware of the challenges we’ll face in these matches, even in the league.”

He then turned his attention to the Serie A title race and the competition from Inter: “When it comes to winning in Italy, Inter has a big advantage over the other teams. Things will change in the final days, and the team is improving. Spalletti is a key asset; there’s a desire to compete, but getting back to winning ways isn’t easy. It also depends on the other teams and injuries. We’re focusing on ourselves.” Chiellini then commented on Juventus compared to last season: “Compared to last year, the team is stronger, and we’re ready.”

Finally, the Juventus executive provided an update on Kenan Yildiz’s condition, who is sidelined with a metatarsal injury: “Kenan Yildiz’s injury is a significant loss, but this will give other players a chance to shine. I think the team can have a great season. Yildiz has this metatarsal issue and will need surgery; he’ll be out for a few months, but it’s not an injury that will jeopardize his future. He’ll return to 100%; it’s just a minor setback that won’t affect his career or his performance.”
