After five seasons at Juventus, Federico Bernardeschi is set to officially move to Toronto Fc, an MLS club that recently acquired two other old acquaintances from our league: the now former captains of Napoli and Genoa, Lorenzo Insigne and Domenico Criscito.
The Azzurri midfielder also received an offer from the Premier League, more precisely from Fulham, but he would seem determined to embark on his new adventure in Canada. In fact, the deal seems to be on the home stretch and the class of ’94 is preparing to say goodbye to Serie A almost eight years after his debut in the Italian top league, with the Fiorentina jersey.
