MotoGp, Wayne Rainey warns Pecco Bagnaia
MotoGp, Rainey confident about Bagnaia: “Pecco will feel the pressure”
During an interview with “motogp.com” microphones, three-time 500-class World Champion Wayne Rainey spoke on Pecco Bagnaia’s second consecutive crash and his expectations for this MotoGp season.
“Bagnaia was fast all weekend and pushed hard. I know he falls sometimes, but I remember how much he did last year by coming back from so far away after a first part of the season marked by a few too many zeros. He can count on a bike that gives everything he can and a team that gives him everything he needs,” said the MotoAmerica Superbike championship team manager.
“There are a lot of fast riders, especially on Ducati. I think when he comes back, Bastianini will be able to give everyone a run for their money. I’m sure Pecco will feel the pressure, as the defending champion. I think we’re in for a very spectacular season with many close riders who will fight in all the races for victory,” Rainey concluded.
