F1, Ferrari: Charles Leclerc responds to criticism
Charles Leclerc responds to critics
Charles Leclerc, during a publicity event in which he participated representing Ferrari, took advantage of the space dedicated to him to respond to the criticism he has received in this first part of the season, the latest being those of Ralf Schumacher after Miami and Damon Hill close to the week (without Gp, cancelled for safety reasons) of Imola.
“There is a lot of pressure, especially since I’ve been at Ferrari,” Leclerc said. “Even at the smallest mistake, many people are disappointed. But I’ve always dreamed of being here, I understand the responsibilities and I must always be prepared.”
Leclerc then tried to give his recipe for turning around a season that started off on the wrong foot: “You fight and compete, even when things don’t go as you would expect. It’s all a mix of work, preparation and risk. Even when things don’t go right, consistency should never be lacking.”
