F1, Gp Monte Carlo: Lewis Hamilton doesn’t uncover the cards
Lewis Hamilton talks about Mercedes’ progress
On the sidelines of the free practice day in Monte Carlo, which saw him finish third in FP1 and sixth in FP2, Lewis Hamilton spoke in the mixed zone about Mercedes’ progress, but without giving specific points of reference.
“Improvements there have been, thanks to the work of the team,” the seven-time Formula 1 world champion said. For my part, I have to keep pushing and see if we can get more out of the car in the next sessions.”
“Where have we improved? I’m not going to say, I know where we need to progress in performance and I will talk about that in the debriefing. We’ll combine our expertise and try to figure out how to behave accordingly, hopefully today will be a basis to build something important.”
