Dino Meneghin spoke to Basket Magazine ahead of the Scudetto final between Olimpia Milano and Virtus Bologna: “They come at the best possible time. Both have recovered all the injuries they had during the course of the season. In addition, both Milano and Virtus have been dealing exclusively with the league for weeks now, without the various cup commitments. They are both playing at their best, so I think this is the fairest final: both because of the talent and players available and what they have shown throughout the year.”

“It is a very open series, where there is no real favorite. It will be very important to see how the first game goes because it is the one that gives an address of what we will see in the sequel, even though it is played in a best-of-seven series.
