Spezia has contacted Giovanni Stroppa to entrust him with the Ligurian team’s bench in the upcoming Serie B season. The goal is to immediately hit an early rise to A: the former Monza coach is part of a list of names that sees Massimiliano Alvini and Marco Baroni among the most papable. Sky reports.
Stroppa was exonerated last September by Monza, after promotion with the Brianzoli won last season in the playoffs. In his career, the former midfielder has also coached Sudtirol, Pescara, Spezia, Foggia and Crotone.
