Francesca Schiavone, winner of Roland Garros 2010, on the sidelines of the Menarini International Fair Play Award spoke about the chances of the Italian tennis players at Wimbledon: “In London there is to follow Jannik Sinner, who I like very much, I know I’m a bit biased….”

Schiavone admits, however, that 2023 can be “the year of Djokovic’s Grand Slam, a champion, a person to admire, very strict, selective in everything he does, and he is also a great example for young people.”
