Trapani, Jarvis Williams arrives

Ahead of the upcoming A2 Series season, Trapani completes the roster at its disposal with the addition of Jarvis Williams, a 203 cm by 98 kg American center born in Macon, Georgia state, on January 21, 1993. For the past two seasons he played in Lithuania, at Lietuvos Rytas.

“Jarvis fits very well with the technical characteristics of the team we have set up,” Daniele Parente, head coach of the Sicilians, said on the subject. “He is a leader, he is experienced, he knows the Italian league and has also gained important European experience. He will have to be an example and a reference for everyone.”

Last season, between the Lithuanian Championship and Champions League Williams recorded 7.7 points and 4.6 rebounds. Jarvis has already had an Italian experience, in 2020/21 in Serie A with the jersey of Vanoli Cremona, with which he collected 27 appearances realizing an average of 12.4 points and 8.3 rebounds.”
