Horst Hrubesch interim coach of Germany women

Former national team member Horst Hrubesch, the 1980 European champion with Germany, è has been appointed interim coach of the German women’s team.

He will replace Martina Voss-Tecklenburg "until further notice," announced the German Football Association (DFB) in a statement:"Horst Hrubesch è returned to the DFB. At age 72, he succeeds on an interim basis the ailing Martina Voss-Tecklenburg as coach of the women’s team".

In March 2018, after Steffi Jones was exonerated, he had already taken over on an interim basis until the following November.
