Italy women, Andrea Soncin calls up 28 for Nations League challenges
Andrea Soncin has summoned 28 female athletes
There are 28 athletes summoned by the technical commissioner of the national women’s team, Andrea Soncin, for the next two Nations League challenges, on October 27 in Salerno against world champion Spain and on October 31 in Malmo, against Sweden, against whom the Azzurre have already played (and lost by a narrow margin) the first match.
Compared to the first two matches of Group 4, the novelties are the returns of Lisa Boattin, Michela Catena, Cecilia Salvai and Martina Tomaselli, as well as the first call-up for Michela Cambiaghi, who had already worn the blue jersey but never that of the senior national team.
