William Viali è has been relieved of his post as coach of Ascoli'Ascoli. Giving the news, on Monday, was the bianconero club itself, which thus decided to give the 1974-born technician the sack after the third consecutive defeat in the league, remedied on Saturday against Como.
"Ascoli Calcio 1898 FC S.p.A. announces that it has relieved Mr. William Viali from the position of coach in charge of the first team,” reads the club’s note. The club salutes and thanks the technician for his commitment and dedication to the bianconera cause in recent months.
Viali had arrived in Ascoli last summer after the Cosenza experience, undertaken in November and brought to an end with the salvation achieved after the playout against Brescia. In thirteen league games he collected three wins, as many draws and seven knockouts.
