After two beautiful and intense years of collaboration, the roads between Generazione Vincente Napoli Basket and Cesare Pancotto part ways. The Società azzurra announces that the professional relationship with the coach from Marche will not be extended.

"The club thanks Cesare Pancotto, a splendid protagonist of the last two seasons of Gevi Napoli, which coincided with an’exciting salvation achieved under his technical guidance, and with the historic conquest of the Italian Cup as the first Assistant Coach, and wishes him sincere good luck for his personal and professional" future, the statement reads.

Pancotto won the Best Coach of the Year award in 2006 and 2016 and in his career has coached Avellino, Roma, Fortitudo, Cantù and Siena, among others.
