Pole position with a fall for Jorge Martin in Le Mans. The centaur of the Pramac team, leader of the World Championship, set a time of 1'29.919 in official qualifying for the French Grand Prix, before sliding to the ground without any particular consequences. Also on the front row with him was Pecco Bagnaia, who fell in turn while trying to beat the Spaniard, on his 15th career pole.
In third place and on the front row with the two Ducatistas also Maverick Vinales of the Aprilia. Second row with Di Giannantanio, Bezzecchi and Aleix Espargarò. Also in the top ten are Pedro Acosta, Fabio Quartararo, Franco Morbidelli and Enea Bastianini, who was penalized by the yellow flag for the Bagnaia crash when he was making a great time.
Disappointment for Marc Marquez, out in Q1: the Catalan rider will start from thirteenth position.
