The first finalist of Euro 2024 è Spain that in Munich è imposed on France 2-1 in a comeback thus gaining a well-deserved pass for the last act of the tournament, scheduled on Sunday in Berlin.
At the Allianz Arena in the first half Kolo Muani (9') unblocked the match with a header on an assist from Mbappé but the joy è was short-lived, as already before the half-hour mark the Red Furies managed to overturn the result, mortgaging the victory.
First, 16-year-old Yamal evened the score with a marvelous left-footed shot that sailed past Maignan before chipping the inside post, and then Dani Olmo completed the comeback thanks in part to a deflection on the goal line that did not take away his authorship of the goal.
In the second half, Mbappè squandered a couple of chances at speed; but in general Spain handled the result well, meting out qualification for the final they will play against the winner of England-Holland on Wednesday evening.
