Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck) also takes the 165.3-kilometer-long 13th stage of the Tour de France from Agen to Pau with two GPMs in the finale. After his success on stage 10 in Saint-Amand-Montrond, the Belgian rider è repeated himself, winning in a sprint on the finish line in Pau.
