Pecco Bagnaia looks at the glass half full
Pecco Bagnaia finished second at the San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix. The reigning world champion, who surrendered to a super Marc Marquez, nevertheless looks on the bright side: "Definitely è it went better than yesterday, when there’was a chance’to win and I didn’t take it".
"Today it was impossible to do moreù than 2° – added the Piedmontese rider to the microphones of Sky Sports at the end of the race -. Marc was too fit to try to win on my part. Maybe next time he will beò in full physical condition and canò have a chance, but Marc in these conditions è definitely very strong".
Bagnaia canò however, smile looking at the overall standings. In fact, the Ducati centaur now è only seven points behind leader Jorge Martin: "We’ll try again next time, but without the rain the advantage I was taking was different, and having managed to recover 20 points è certainly very positive".
