NBA: LeBron and Bronny on court together, almost there
The LA Lakers’ first regular season engagement will be with Minnesota
Anticipation is growing to see LeBron James on the court along with his son Bronny. LeBron is 39 years old and about to begin his 22nd NBA season. Bronny is 19 and starting his rookie year. Both will be wearing LA Lakers jerseys.
The yellowviola's debut in the 2024/25 NBA regular season è set for Oct. 23 (matchup with Minnesota). There'è then to consider the preseason that will see the LA Lakers on the court starting Saturday, Oct. 5, interestingly again against Minnesota. In short, before long LeBron and Bronny will be playing side by side (first time in NBA history).
JJ Redick, in his first year as head coach of the LA Lakers, admitted that he had already considered it: "Obviously we talked about it with the staff, although we didn't get into specifics. I think it’s only fair to do that when LeBron and Bronny" are also present, his words reported by ESPN.
JJ Redick è said he is happy to be able to coach Bronny, a very interesting prospect. However, everyone's focus è on how father and son will experience this particular situation. All the more reason not to miss a single LA Lakers game. Lebron and Bronny together, a fact more unique than rare.
