Elisa Longo Borghini did not hide great satisfaction and pride when talking about the turning point in her career. "I am overjoyed to share the news that I will be joining’UAE Team ADQ for the next three years" she recounted.
"The proposal attracted me from the beginning because ité è an ambitious team and aims to grow every year. This reflects my character. I am an ambitious person and I look forward to aiming to win many races with this team" he added.
"I will try to defend my title at the Giro d'Italia, win the Tour de France and one of the Ardennes. As a world-class cyclist, I also aim to be a role model and inspire the community of women in the UAE toward a healthy lifestyle" concluded the Piedmontese woman.
