Lisa Vittozzi honored as FISI 2024 athlete of the year: "I want to grow more"
Lisa Vittozzi è was awarded as FISI 2024 athlete of the year at the FISI media day after winning the biathlon overall world cup last season.
"The record of 391 targets hit out of 420 and 93 percent percentage? It's a percentage that gave me a lot of satisfaction, it's going to be difficult to replicate those numbers, but there's everything in place to be able to do it".
"In what do I need to improve? At a high level è it is difficult to make huge steps, but confirming last year’s percentage would mean a lot".
"There are small steps to take to improve year after year. At a high level it requires a lot but I am ready to do my best to succeed", assured the skier from Pieve di Cadore.
