The Turkmenistan national team has è refused to play a friendly with Russia, in Russia, in November: reports Sport24.
According to the source, the soccer federations failed to agree on the venue for the match: each team insisted on hosting the game on its own territory.
The final decision è was made by Turkmenistan national team coach Mergen Orazov, who would have liked the match to be held at home, presumably in the capital Ashgabat.
The October retreat of the Turkmen team was held without friendly matches and ended earlier than planned. During the November national team break, the Russian team’s opponents are expected to be Syria and Brunei.
