MotoGp, Sprint Thailand: on the podium Enea Bastianini, Jorge Martin and Pecco Bagnaia

It's still Ducati domination in the Sprint Race of the MotoGp in Thailand, with the Desmosedici of the Borgo Panigale company in the first eight positions: to win è Enea Bastianini, who returns to success after just over a month (he had won the Gp-bis of Misano), taking advantage of the excellent start and a careful management of the thirteen laps of the race.

On the podium of the day the two main contenders for the world title: è Jorge Martin to smile, finishing second in front of Pecco Bagnaia, an order of arrival that allows the Spaniard to gain two more points in the standings and move to +22 on the Piedmontese (433 the points of the pilot of Team Prima Pramac, 411 those of the reigning world champion).

Behind them, from fourth to eighth, were Marc Marquez and his brother Alex (both Gresini Racing), Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac), Marco Bezzecchi and Fabio Di Giannantonio (both VR46). Brad Binder’s KTM, which came in ninth place, è the first bike from another brand to finish. Fabio Quartararo rounds out the top 10 with his Yamaha.

There now remain 99 points available to the winners of the upcoming events: the margin of error is becoming more and more risky for Pecco Bagnaia, who tomorrow è called to finish ahead of Jorge Martin to keep open not only arithmetically, but also and above all psychologically, the race for the MotoGp 2024 title.
