Simona Halep stops after nose problem
Romanian champion Simona Halep informed fans on Twitter.
New stop for Simona Halep: the two-time Slam tournament winning Romanian tennis player has announced that she will stay for a long time after the nose operation she decided to undergo after respiratory problems she encountered in the United States.
Halep addressed fans with a message on social media, “Hello everyone, as some may already know, I have been suffering from nose problems for a long time and during the summer it got worse especially in Washington. This problem made it difficult to breathe and even worse during the nights I had a completely stuffy nose. The only way to solve the problem was to undergo surgery. Doctor Daniel Popescu performed it and took the opportunity to do plastic surgery as well. Thank you. I also want to thank my anesthesiologist Dr Uleia Alex. Everything will be fine. I will need a few weeks of rest before I can resume any physical activity. See you soon on the tennis court.”
