Pecco Bagnaia in crisis, for Davide Tardozzi Marc Marquez doesn’t fit in

Davide Tardozzi, Ducati team manager, spoke to Speedweek about Bagnaia’s difficulties: “Pecco is not suffering Marc Marquez. Absolutely not, I would put my hand on it”.
“It is about something else that we have not yet understood. Pecco has never mentioned Marc, they shake hands and talk together about the development of the bike and there are many little things that show that the two get along. I’ve always said that, but some people don’t want to believe me”.
“The GP25 is a small evolution of the GP24, and we remain convinced that the new bike is better. This year the level has risen more than Pecco did. He still has to improve and I think he has the potential to do so. In braking and corner entry he has always been the best, we are working to return that confidence to him. And if we succeed, he can fight with Marc.”
“In the Barcelona tests we brought the full 2025 bike. The riders gave their feedback to Gigi Dall’Igna and the engineers, but they didn’t agree on the full 2025 engine. They told us in which areas it was better and in which areas it was worse, and Gigi and the engineers modified it over the winter, homologating this specification for 2025.”
