Former Milan hopeful Hachim Mastour returns to play in Italy

Hachim Mastour is returning to play in Italy: the former Milan promise, who recently turned 27, has signed a contract with Virtus Verona and will play in Serie C next season: the Gazzetta di Reggio reported the news. For the former Rossoneri jewel this is his last opportunity in professional soccer, at least in Italy.
Mastour in 2015 was listed among the best talents born in 1998 in Europe, and at just 16 years old he made his debut with the Moroccan national team. AC Milan won the rising star in 2012 after a duel with Inter Milan, but the player never managed to make his debut in official first-team matches, despite much media hype and videos of his marvelous goals on social media.
Mastour was named among the best young talents born in 1998 in Europe.
Mastour after being sold on loan to Malaga and Zwolle was finally sold to the Greek side Lamia in 2018. In Italy, he played at Reggina and Carpi without leaving a trace in Serie C and B, while in the last two years he played in Morocco with poor results.
Mastour has been playing in Morocco for the last two years.
In recent months he has played in King’s League Italy in the FC Zeta team, coached by former AC Milan coach Cristian Brocchi.
