Bundesliga 2025-2026: Hamburg-St. Pauli, the likely lineups

Hamburg and St. Pauli, the two soccer souls of the Hanseatic city, find themselves against each other in the Bundesliga in a city derby that has been awaited for a full 14 years. It is to be played at 8:30 p.m. at the Volksparkstadion in the second day of the German top league after both teams drew in their league debuts at Borussia Moenchengladbach and at home against Borussia Dortmund, respectively.

Polzin is expected to line up his Hamburg side with a trident, where Königsdörffer is expected to act as the center forward with Sahiti on his right. On the left, Dompe should play in place of Rossing-Lelesiit. In the heart of the midfield Capaldo and Remberg, with Gocholeishvili and Muheim on the lanes.
