Dan Peterson has just one suggestion for Ettore Messina.

Dan Peterson in Gazzetta dello Sport took stock of the’Olimpia Milano&#8217s difficult start to the season: “In September I read that this year&#8217s strength would be the pair of guards: point guard Lorenzo Brown and shooting guard Marko Guduric, who won the Euroleague with Fenerbahce last year. Instead, both, returning from injuries, struggled tremendously against Bayern”.

“Brown had bloody turnovers (the first thing a point guard should not do) and Guduric, a “go-to-guy,” the go-to man for Fenerbahce, missed shots that, for him, are generally penalties. What to do? ”.

“It is obvious that coach Ettore Messina is in great difficulty, and he will not have time to find solutions in practice because he plays tomorrow night in Kaunas, against Zalgiris. So, what to do? No, I have no advice for Messina, who has been able to win four Euroleague (two with Virili Bologna, two with Cska Moscow). I can say that, in these cases, when I was coaching, I was just trying to simplify the life of my players and not complicate it”.
