Juventus market, Luciano Spalletti: decisive hours at the Bianconeri.

The negotiations that, barring any sensational last-minute surprises, will bring Luciano Spalletti to the Juventus bench, replacing the exonerated Igor Tudor, have now reached the final straight. Tuesday afternoon meetings in the Bianconeri’s house seem to have unraveled every issue, on one side and the other: all that is missing is the signature to see the coach from Certaldo back in Serie A.
It is not only the contractual factor (both economically and in terms of duration) that has convinced Spalletti: the former commissioner coach would be guaranteed the time needed to find confidence with the team, with the possibility of reinforcing the squad in January to strengthen alzune areas of the field in which the Bianconeri have shown some shortcomings in this first part of the season.
Luciano Spalletti would thus return to coaching in Italy’s top league just over two years after the end of his time at Napoli, which ended with him winning the Scudetto in the 2022-2023 season. The 1959-born coach is then back from two years in the national team marked by ups and downs, an adventure that ended after the June international window.
The only alternative to Spalletti, should the negotiation surprisingly founder, remains that linked to the name of Raffaele Palladino: the former Monza and Fiorentina coach has been free since last May 31 and could consider a running call, especially if it were to come from the club whose jersey he wore as a player, for a brief interlude in 2003-2004 and more continuously from 2006 to 2008.
