Bad news for Dusan Vlahovic: at the half-hour mark of Saturday afternoon’s match against Cagliari, when the score was still at 1-1, the Bianconeri striker was forced out with a muscle problem.
After kicking toward the goal defended by Caprile, the Bianconeri striker felt a sharp pain in his left thigh and left the field visibly tried.
The Serbian, who seemed to have fully recovered from the muscle strain suffered with the national team, may have to deal with a new, more serious injury.
Walking off the pitch, Vlahovic himself told Spalletti, “I got very hurt.” Jonathan David, unblocked in the Chamions League after almost three months of fasting, took his place.
