Italian will have to do without Dodò

Bad news for Vincenzo Italiano and Fiorentina: in fact, the former Spezia coach will have to do without Brazilian fullback Dodò, who was injured in the match against Bologna, later lost 2-1 by the violets, in the upcoming engagements.

The Florentine club made the condition of its player known through a statement on its official channels.

“ACF Fiorentina announces that the player Dodò underwent investigations today following the injury he sustained during yesterday’s match. The diagnostic investigations carried out showed a moderate degree injury to the medial twin of the right leg. The player has already started the therapeutic-rehabilitation path and will be re-evaluated in two weeks,” reads the note released by the lily club.
