Juventus, Arrivabene adamant on Allegri’s future
Arrivabene armors Allegri
Juventus CEO Maurizio Arrivabene confirmed Massimiliano Allegri at the helm of the Turin-based team. Before the match against Monza, the CEO of the Bianconeri was intercepted by the microphones of DAZN: “Changing technical guidance would be madness: today, problems must be experienced and seen at 360 degrees. We have come out of difficult years that have weighed on everyone. So the responsibility is to make the Juventus club work.”
“Making summary trials and pointing to a culprit does not help Juve work with discipline. Max has a program he has to develop in 4 years, I as a CEO have to develop a program in 2/3 years. Then the culprit is me: the ‘ceo is at the top of the company, if things are not working it is my job to make them work. There are three elements: humility, clarity and determination. We have problems, they are not solved by leaving one person alone,” the HCL executive continued.
