Friday’s Euroleague debut against AS Monaco
After a long wait, Virtus Bologna is about to return to the Euroleague. Friday is the debut, at home, against AS Monaco. Among the happiest is Marco Belinelli who has been dreaming, for a long time, of this moment: “I am very charged and excited. I missed the Euroleague when I was in the United States and followed it from a distance. I return with great curiosity,” his words to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 36-year-old All Star also talked about what his intentions are for the near future: “With the club we are talking about renewing the expiring contract. I love this sport, I’m fine and I have the fire inside. I want to help Virtus win, I don’t think about anything else.”
