Sconcerti’s opinion

With TMW Mario Sconcerti commented on the recent behavior of the Bianconeri club, in particular President Andrea Agnelli, and the decision to send the team into retirement.

On the retreat Sconcerti commented on the choice as non-punitive: “Punitive in soccer means only one thing, not being able to go home and sleep with your wife or partner. In this decision Juve let the players say goodbye to their families.”

On the upcoming league day he commented, “Some surprises after the cups are always there. We will see how the physical blows taken will be absorbed. Right now above everyone else is Napoli, which has outstanding figures. There are only two teams with full points in Champions and they are Napoli and Bayern.”

And on the level of European competitions he commented, “The level in Europe has dropped. The Spaniards averaged 1.25 per game as points, Germany did 1.60, the four Italians did 1.62, we are second behind only the English. This confirms that the European level is going down.”
